At Sprinkle & Sew, we want you to be happy with your purchase. If you receive a product that you would like to return, you can request a return within 3 days of delivery, subject to the conditions below.

3-Day Return Policy

You can request a return within 3 days of receiving your order. To be eligible, the product must be:

Unused and unworn
Unwashed and in its original condition
Returned with all original tags and packaging
Free from any stains, damage, perfume, or other signs of use

Products that do not meet these conditions may not be accepted for return.

Damaged or Incorrect Product

If you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect product, please contact us within 24 hours of delivery. Please share clear photos or a short video of the product and packaging so that we can check the issue and assist you.

Return Process

To request a return, please contact us with your order number and reason for the return. Once your request is approved, we will provide you with the return instructions.

Please do not send any product back without contacting us first.

Return Shipping

Return shipping charges may apply depending on the reason for the return. If the product received is damaged, defective, or incorrect, we will review the issue and provide the appropriate resolution.

Refunds

Once we receive and inspect the returned product, we will confirm whether the return has been approved.

For approved returns, the refund will be processed to the original payment method or through another suitable method, as applicable. Please allow some time for the refund to reflect in your account depending on your payment provider or bank.

Non-Returnable Products

Products that have been worn, washed, altered, damaged, or returned without their original tags and packaging may not be eligible for return.

Some products may also be non-returnable due to hygiene or product-specific reasons. Any such restrictions will be mentioned on the product page where applicable.
